I love this rolling pin! It’s the only way to ensure that your dough is rolled out nice and evenly to your preferred thickness. I prefer my cookies to be around 6mm to 8mm thick. Although 8mm rings are not included in this particular roller, you can purchase 3D printed rings that are compatible with this roller.

I own a few different brands of baking sheets and these are my go to sheets. I prefer these over other brands because the cookies are always baked evenly without browning too much underneath.

I’ve tried a few of the affordable perforated mats, but they did not fit my baking sheets the way this one does. Perforated backs make the cookies look so much more professional.

Once your cookies have cooled down on the baking sheet, you can transfer them to a cooling rack and continue on with your baking journey.

I have been using this 5 quart Kitchen Aid Artisan stand mixer for over a 15 years and it’s still running strong. It’s the perfect size for one batch of dough and 2lbs of royal icing. Now that I’m getting larger orders, I need to upgrade to a bigger size.

This 1 cup liquid measuring cup is the perfect size for a royal icing recipe that calls for 2lbs of powdered sugar. I use 1/2 cup of warm water and I mix in my meringue powder and corn syrup right in this cup. I pour the mixture into the powdered sugar and mix until nice and fluffy.

If you’re looking for a silky smooth, puffy royal icing, this is the meringue powder you need.

Using a kitchen scale to weigh your ingredients is the most accurate and consistent way to achieve the most perfect cookie dough.
